Inspired by my love of reading and writing, I earned my bachelors in English literature from the University of Texas at Austin, and worked at a business and civil rights law firm before making the decision to go to law school.
Before earning my law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston, I took courses such as Wills, Trusts, and Estates, and especially the Probate Clinic, which got me interested in Probate law, Estate planning, and Guardianships. After being admitted to the Bar and obtaining my Guardianship ad litem certification in Texas, these are the areas I focus on in my solo law firm today.
